Oregon Legislature Enlists Octaxias’ President Jin Lan as the Executive Director of Oregon Fujian Sister State Committee
Salem-In accordance with ORS 285A.143, Senate President Peter Courtney and House Speaker Karen Minnis today announced creation of the Fujian Sister State Committee and named Jin Lan as the Executive Director and the following members. The committee will promote ongoing relations with Oregon’s sister state, the Fujian Province of China. Committee members are:
§ Senate President Peter Courtney, Co-Chair (D-Salem/Gervais/Woodburn)
§ House Speaker Karen Minnis, Co-Chair (R-Wood Village)
§ Jin Lan, executive director of the Fujian Sister State Committee
§ Sen. Roger Beyer (R-Molalla)
§ Sen. Betsy Johnson (D-Scappoose)
§ Rep. Terry Beyer (D-Springfield)
§ Rep. Dennis Richardson (R-Central Point)
§ Merle Greenstein
§ Timmy Tso
§ Ed Young
