Octaxias Introduces State of Oregon Officals to NDRC National Leading Group on Climate Change
Beijing -Octaxias president Jin Lan made introduction for Oregon Joint Trade Mission on November 13, 2007 to China National Development & Reform Commission Office of National Leading Group on Climate Change. The Oregon delegation met with Su Wei, Director General (DG); Li Liyan, Deputy Director; and Gao Hairan, Project Officer; all from the Office of National Coordination Committee for Climate Change of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC).
Oregon State Representative Dennis Richardson (head of delegation), Oregon Economic Development Department (OECDD) International Trade Manager Derrick Olsen, and lawyer/engineer Thomas Benke participated the meeting. Both sides exchanges views on carbon trading,CDM and Kyoto Protocol.
