Nautilus Inc. Retains Octaxias as Its China Consultant on M & A Issues
Vancouver, Washington-Nautilus, Inc. a public listed company (NLS) designs, develops, manufactures, and markets fitness and apparel products. It offers fitness equipment, including strength equipment; weights and benches; cardio equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, and exercise bicycles; steppers and stepmills; home gyms; dumbbells; and various accessories. It offers its fitness products under Nautilus, Bowflex, Schwinn Fitness, and StairMaster brand names.
Nautilus Inc. has retained the services of Octaxias Company, L.L.C. to facilitate its M&A operation in China. Both companies will work together in the coming months to complete its $60 million acquisition in China.
