Octaxias President Jin Lan Assists City of Portland to Train 25 Mayors from China
Octaxias President Jin Lan assisted City of Portland in receiving more 25 high level Officials from EPA, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Land Resources, and more than a dozen of cites in China for environmental protection and city planning training in Portland, Oregon.
Mayor of Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province; Mayor of Dandong, Liaoning Province; Mayor of Nanping, Fujian Province; Mayor of Guiyang, Guizhou Province; Mayor of Kunming, Yunnan Province; Mayor of Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province; Mayor of Shaoguan, Guangdong Province; Mayor of Jinchang, Gansu Province; Mayor of Bengbu, Anhui Province; Mayor of Laiwu, Shandong Province; Mayor of Qinzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region; and other cities participated in the training.
Portland’s official Greeter, The Royal Rosarian Represented City Mayor Tom Porter met the Chinese delegation at Portland International Airport.
