Octaxias President Jin Lan Facilitates Oregon Governor’s Visit to China
Hong Kong, China- Theodore “Ted” Kulongoski, Governor of State of Oregon went on an official visit to China between Nov. 19 and 22, 2008. Octaxias Company, L.L.C. president Jin Lan facilitated Oregon governor’s visit in Beijing, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. In Beijing, Octaxias helped to arrange the meetings with Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Land Resources, People’s Congress, and China Political Consultative Conference. In Shenzhen, Jin Lan arranged the visit to BYD Auto and has Oregon Governor and the Oregon delegation test drove BYD’s Dual Mode car and pure electric car. In Shenzhen, Governor Kulongoski also met with Shenzhen Vice Mayor Xu. In Hong Kong, Vice Chairman of China’s Political Consultative Conference and former Hong Kong SAR Executive Tung Chee Hwa hosted a luncheon in honor of Oregon Governor.
